Exhibitor info session Thu 6.8.2026 at 10:00 (Teams)
We will be organizing an information session for exhibitors in Teams on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 10 am. The session will cover, among other things, the following topics:
- a brief overview of this year’s exhibition, changes, area renovations, etc.
- exhibitor services and construction schedule
- company visibility on the exhibition website and social media
- customer invitations
The information session will last approximately 45 minutes, after which time will be reserved for questions. The event will be mainly in Finnish, but questions can also be asked in English.
You will receive an invitation to the event in a separate message.
Exhibitor’s social media accounts in the exhibitor list
Save your company’s social media links to your own profile by logging into the registration system.
Select My organization and add the company/brand social media links to their own fields. After saving, the links will be visible on the www.uiva.fi page in the exhibitor list.
