Schedule of construction and dismantling days
- Boats will be received on Wednesday 13.8. between 09.00 and 20.00.
- NOTE! SPECIAL INFO FOR BOATS WITH BERTHS ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE COUPLED-JETTY BBC/CC:
- The boats must absolutely be in place by 9:00.
- The gated section of the jetty will be closed and those remaining inside this area and wishing to exit can do so only after 19:00.
- he jetty will be opened daily when the show is closed, and it will always be closed half an hour before the exhibition opens
- NOTE! SPECIAL INFO FOR BOATS WITH BERTHS ON THE INNER SIDE OF THE COUPLED-JETTY BBC/CC:
- The construction of land-based exhibition stands may commence on Wed 12.8 at 9:00.
- The boat show must be fully ready to begin at 10:00 on Thursday 13.8.
- Dismantling the show will begin after 18:00 on Sunday 16.8.
- Boats must be removed by 12:00 on Monday 17.8.
- Land-based stands must be dismantled and hauled away by 14:00 on 17.8.
Cars must leave the exhibition area at least 30 min. before the start of the exhibition!
The exhibition area must be vacated by 20:00 daily, at which time the gate to the area will be closed.
