IMPORTANT DATES

The exhibitor has the right to reserve previous year’s exhibition stand when registering on 31st of March 2025 the latest. Early Bird offer ends 31st of March 2025.

Allocation of stands and berths begins 1.4.2025. Space confirmations are sent during JUNE.

Space rent (tents and open land spaces) due date 30.6.2025.

Space rent (moorings) due date 17.7.2025.

Last date for additional orders 31.7.2025 (exhibitor passes, customers invitations, rental furniture, electricity).

Constructions of exhibition stands begins 13.8.2025. Dismantling of exhibition stands begins after closing if the show 17.8.2025.

SAVE THE DATE: The Exhibitors’ Happy Hour on Thursday, Aug 14, 7-9PM

The traditional ehxibitors’ happy hour is organised in the Uiva restaurant area on Thursday, August 14 at 7-9PM. More information about event will be published later.
