Instructions for the registration

I have been an exhibitor at Uiva before, how do I register now?

1) LOG IN www.ilmoittaudu.uiva.fi with your e-mail address

2) Check and update (if necessary) your company’s information in MY ORGANIZATION

3) SIGN UP to the Uiva 2025. The system reports that it has found data from last year; choose whether you want to use the old information or enter completely new information. After that, you can make completely new choices or update the previous year’s information.

4) no usernames or passwords to the website, LOG IN with your email every time you wish to check/update your registration

5) you may also add emails of other representatives from your company in MY ORGANIZATION, so that they can check/update your registration as well.

I am registering for the first time as an exhibitor, how do I do it?

1) REGISTER the company contact details at www.ilmoittaudu.uiva.fi website

2) LOG IN with your email and SIGN UP to Uiva 2025

3) no need to remember usernames or passwords, just log in whenever you want to check or modify your application.
