Exhibitors have the opportunity to rent wall profiles and furniture, as well as order floor and carpet sets, fascia boards and electricity for their exhibition stands.
Furniture Orders
Furniture for the stand can be ordered from Salkapuu Oy using the form below. The form includes the furniture selection and price list.

Floor and carpet set, fascia board, electricity
You can order a floor and carpet set, a fascia board and electricity for your stand. You can order by logging into the registration system ilmoittaudu.finnboat.fi and editing your own registration.
Please also order these products by July 31, 2026!
Other additional orders (extra ID cards, parking permits, customer invitations)
By logging into the registration system, you can order additional ID cards, parking permits, and customer invitations.
NOTE! Additional orders will be invoiced after the event according to the order placed in the registration system or during the event, except for customer invitations, which will be invoiced according to the invitations used.
ID Cards
Exhibitors will receive (after paying their stand rental fee) ID cards for the duration of the exhibition, which entitle the exhibitor to free access to the exhibition area. The number of cards depends on the size of the stand. You can check the number of cards in your own registration.
The card is personal. Not for those under 16 years of age. The card must be displayed when moving around the exhibition area. The card is also valid on the official construction and dismantling days of the exhibition (12.8. and 17.8.)
The cards can be picked up from the exhibition office starting from 10.8.2026.
Parking Permits
Each company participating in the exhibition can order the number of parking permits it needs when registering.
Please note the following:
- Trailers also need their own parking permit
- Parking permits are not vehicle-specific
- Only exhibitors and sub-exhibitors can order parking permits
A parking area has been reserved for exhibitors’ cars in front of the Sindbad Yacht Club, at the intersection of Vattuniemenkatu and Vattuniemenranta (exhibitor parking area 1), and in the lower yard of Oy Maritim Ab at the end of Veneentekijäntie (exhibitor parking area 2).
Parking permits can be collected from the exhibition office starting on August 10, 2026.
Customer Invitations
Customer invitations can be downloaded or sent directly to the recipient in the registration system. Instructions can be found here.
